The Plays
At playsthatwork, we build our learning environments around your stories. Whether they are stories improvised in the moment or stories carefully researched, scripted, rehearsed and performed, you and your people will participate in these stories and very quickly accept them as your own. We have learned that awareness and skill building works best when learners explore something that matters to them.
Your stories contain a lot of valuable learning information. Among other things, your stories tell about how your customers and your employees experience your company, how work gets done and how work gets subverted, how customers and employees make choices, how values and beliefs are revealed to customers and employees when certain things happen … the list can go on and on.
Your people will use the stories of their workplace as their laboratory for learning new and more effective skills. Any new skills you want them to learn will be contexted inside your company stories, making the learning more relevant and more accessible to your people when they will need it the most – back on the job.
